Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At MELT Australia, we take pride in our limited and unique pieces. Please review our policies carefully:

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item(s). We are unable to accept returns outside of this period.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in original condition—unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and folded neatly in the original MELT Australia bag.
  • Non-Refundable Costs: Shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
  • Store Credit: Returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a MELT Australia Gift Card.

    Exchanges:

    • You may exchange for a different size or style.
    • Domestic orders within Australia will need to arrange return postage at your own expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

    Final Sale Items:

    • No returns, store credits, or exchanges on final sale items.

      Order Modifications:

      • Once your order has been placed, we cannot make changes, cancel items, or swap sizes. However, we offer a flexible returns policy if the item is not quite right for you.

      Refund Policy:

      We only offer refunds for products that have a major problem (e.g., faulty or defective items). If you receive a faulty or incorrectly supplied item, the return delivery costs will be covered by MELT Australia.

      For all other cases, we offer exchanges within 14 days. Please ensure the item’s tag has not been removed. Return delivery costs for exchanges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

      Processing Time:

      • Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once we receive the item. Processing delays may occur during sale/discount periods.

        Price Adjustments:

        • We cannot offer price adjustments for past promotions or discounts. Promotions and discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders or after the promotion has ended.

        Incorrect Orders:

        • MELT Australia takes full responsibility for incorrectly supplied items. Please email us at hello@meltaustralia.com, and we will assist you promptly.
