SHIPPING METHODS AND CHARGES

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in the Northern Beaches NSW, Australia. For all shipping enquiries, please feel free to email hello@meltaustralia.com.

We endeavour to process orders within 1-3 business days. Please note during sales periods there may be a slight delay with processing your order.

 

DOMESTIC (WITHIN AUSTRALIA)

• Regular (Australia Post):
  $12 flat rate - Delivery estimate, 3-7 business days from dispatch.
  ON ORDERS OVER AUD 200 WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING.

INTERNATIONAL

• Standard (Australia Post)
  Shipping rate calculated at checkout. Delivery estimate, 5-10 business days from dispatch.

  • Track your order via the Australia Post tracking page.

IMPORTANT – DUTIES & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note that any import duties, taxes, or fees required by your country are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost at checkout.

Your local customs office may charge additional fees for handling and customs clearance, and these costs are determined by the destination country and not by MELT Australia.

Failure to pay these fees may result in your parcel being held or returned to us. In such cases, shipping costs will not be refunded.

International orders may require 3-5 business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment.
